Background \

After the initial success of the business and its mobile app, the company is looking to expand the consumer moving business to provide tailored service packages, as well as to offer large-scale logistic services for enterprise customers. But the real goal is to realize their true vision from the beginning - a platform that connects local service providers to offer all type household services for residential communities, as well as professional services for enterprises.

 

UX Vision \

The UX objectives for the new app design are clear from the beginning. 1. We would like to keep the simple user experience that was introduced from the first product that the users loved. 2. We would like to maintain the brand's visual language by keeping some of the key visual elements. 3. We would like the design solution to be scalable, open, and to embrace other service providers to feel welcomed. And most importantly, we would like our users to continue trusting the brand and welcome the new services that we are about to introduce.
